Three Formats for Every Workplace and Budget

From a focused half-day session to a comprehensive three-month rollout, each Nilaya programme covers practical financial literacy for employees — delivered as general education, never regulated advice.

Methodology

How Every Nilaya Programme Is Structured

Regardless of format, each programme follows the same quality framework: a thorough facilitator briefing, contextually relevant content reviewed for the specific audience, clear participant materials and an HR summary delivered after the final session.

We do not treat all workplaces as identical. A logistics company in Johor has different payroll structures and staff demographics than a shared-services centre in Kuala Lumpur. The briefing process exists to close that gap before anyone sits down in a session.

Sessions are paced for working adults with limited time — direct, participatory and designed to leave every attendee with something usable by the end of the day.

Programme 02

Staff Financial Literacy Course

Multi-Session — Scheduled to Workplace Calendar

A structured course for teams, spread across multiple sessions to allow deeper coverage and better retention. Topics move from the basics of pay slip reading through to statement literacy and practical planning habits for working adults. Scheduling is arranged around your workplace calendar — not the other way around.

Sessions are facilitated live, supported by digital tools participants can access between sessions. An HR programme overview is produced at the end of the course, documenting the full scope of content covered and participant feedback results.

Additional topics (beyond single session)

  • Reading bank statements and monthly financial summaries
  • Understanding hire purchase and loan statement basics
  • Planning for annual and irregular expenses
  • Digital tools for personal financial tracking
